Knowl's crew was fantastic! They did a remodel on my condo in record time and did a top notch job. His team took every attention to detail to clean up after the work was performed. Everything they did was trustworthy - had bids from multiple contractors for the job, and theirs was the most honest and true quote I had. They left my place better than it was prior to the remodel. Knowl and his crew helped with a major renovation that included ceiling hang throughout the kitchen, dining room and living room areas, numerous patches while we moved lighting, switches and more. They did a beautiful level 5 smooth on certain areas and even texture in others that we needed. Knowl is quick to envision the needs of his clients and executes on it perfectly. Drywall and texture is extremely challenging to get perfect but Magnum was willing to correct every step of the way through.
