Beautiful burbank water and power . This place is always maintained and clean. I have never seen it dirty or un seenly EVER. my favorite part about this place, is the dc fast chargers they have right in front of the plant. Pricing is reasonable. there is a time limit of 30 minutes though. In my opinion thats a reasonable amount of time for people to get a quick charge while, allowing others to do the same. Most people here are not ridiculous when they charge. Especially when people are waiting.
