I’ve used John for several years and have always found him trustworthy, professional, and easy to work with. He explains the needed repairs clearly with no surprises and does quality work. Most recently, he came out on a holiday weekend and fixed a toilet issue that involved both a clog and internal repairs. I appreciated his communication and responsiveness. Magnolia Plumbing came out to look at a leaky outdoor faucet that we wanted replaced. He was prompt and knowledgeable and gave us the best and worst case scenario for our situation. He told us upfront what costs would be (roughly) if he found something else was wrong. It was good to have all that extra info so we could make a decision. As it turned out, he did replace the faucet, and we were good to go. We will call Magnolia Plumbing for any other jobs in the future.
