Had an appointment at 8:30 they picked the time. No one showed up no call to let me know, I thought they were just running late . Called them at 9:40 they told me they had overlooked the appointment but made no effort to send someone else out. Then called me at 10:40 and said they couldn't have anyone out until 3:30. The person who put the backsplash on put the plastic outlets in the outside of the backsplash vs cutting the tile so the would be flush. I be of the out let he never cut the tile to lay flush and you can see the electrical wire. I called three times and was told they were going to speak with him and never called me back.
