Install was not done correctly. Measurements were not correct so alterations were done instead. Called to have company back several times but realize now they were putting “band aids” on big problems we were having. After the first year, the chain pulling up/down the shades for our porch have failed. Have now moved on to a new shade company that will fix the mistakes from this company. Stay clear away from this company and find one that is more experienced and can resolve issues correctly.

Great people to work with. Follow up and customer service is great too. Even after months of installing they came back and fixed one of the motors on my roller blind that was loosing charge.

Kristie and Jay did an amazing job with all the shades in our house. Initial appointment for measurements and selections with Kristie was very informative and she shared a lot of insight with us when picking out our options. The installation appointment was equally thorough and Jay went out of his way to make sure all the shades fit perfectly. Incredible customer service and vast product offering. Highly recommended!
