Have a deposit for a well that was paid December 2024 and it’s been a year and haven’t had any work done. Please pay me my deposit back immediately.

Entered into contract, pulled well, measured installed new pipe, changed well head to verify what was needed. Phase 2 received bid, approved it and gave 50% down, waited patiently, finally after several weeks, reached out, was told busy with farmers well's down, approved the delay, reached out again and again, was told the supplier sold part of the ordered parts, waited patiently parts are coming from Texas, waited and waited, still not parts, reached out, advised I will order the missing parts,

THEY TOOK ALMOST $25,000 OF MY MONEY AND WON'T RESPOND. ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. (Dan if you see this and respond ASAP, I'll change my review, but this is ridiculous. I feel scammed!)
