I was very excited to get a house deep cleaning as a Christmas gift The cleaner was 👍 great and thorough. What we paid for however, was not completed. An assessment of the home, before the initial cleaning and since it was the first time, could have avoided this. I would give the cleaner 5 stars, she was very professional. The company however, should have done an assessment of the home so they would know what needed to be accomplished.
