I found M Construction and Mr. Martinez on the BBB website. His estimate for remodel was what the plumbers wanted just to fix the leak! This the third job that we have utilized M construction (Oscar) bathroom remodeling, and two roofing jobs. They have been totally professional and conscientious of their work especially Giberto (the roofing contractor) treated this job as though he is working on his own house, no cutting corners etc. He made sure the job was done correctly!! Oscar and the team did a great job on a recent guest bedroom remodel; a bathtub to shower conversion. Throughout the process he and the team were very responsive (probably the most of any GC I've worked with), polite, clearly cared that we were happy with the work, and even finished ahead of schedule. The cost was also very fair compared to several other bids we received. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for other projects
