Called them to make an appointment for my dryer that wasn’t drying. Was told they only schedule appts for my area of town from 12-5pm. I told them I had kids and had to pick them up at 3 and then would be tied up with afternoon activities and asked if I could get a morning appt or commitment to earlier in the block.
