Very poor unprofessional customer service. Jean Drzewiecki, who I worked with, was rude, rushed through the appointment, didn't consider my needs, and overall, had a poor, unprofessional attitude. I don't know how anyone could hire someone like this because I wouldn't want someone like this representing my company. Because of my experience with her, I couldn't recommend this company to anyone.

The work resulted in damage to the grass and fencing. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the quality of the job. Cinespace Studios Chicago should consider using a more qualified and careful contractor going forward. Watched one of their pickup trucks tailgating another car and cross over the solid white line on I-55 exiting to LaGrange today 11/24/25 around 3pm. Not a very smart decision for someone with a company name on the side of their vehicle. Hopefully the safety department has a conversation with the driver.
