Rahul with the Lynx onboarding team is AWESOME! He's got deep knowledge of the Lynx system, was very quick to understand our needs, and helped us get the integration up and running very quickly. There were a coupe non-standard things we needed that he helped make happen which was refreshing - so often you get, "sorry, that cannot be done" with support folks that don't care. He's followed up with us several times to make sure everything is fully up and running and we have everything we need.

We entered into an agreement with Lynx based on specific billing terms that were clearly discussed during a recorded sales call. (see attached) That recording reflects what was represented to us at the time. We were explicitly told we would only be charged for “Live” units. We’ve been using Lynx at our vacation rentals in Florida for last 2 years, mainly for lock access and temperature control. The system is intuitive, dependable, and makes managing multiple properties much easier. On the rare occasions something comes up, their support team responds quickly and gets it sorted.
