We set up to have two baths in our short term rental. We gave them a specific date after ski season. I was going to fly out to babysit and give final approval. Getting nervous I called Trisha at HomePride and she assured me everything was ready in their warehouse. The day before got an email they would arrive between 7:30-8:30am. They were a little late because of fog on I-70 and slowdowns at the Eisenhower Tunnel. John and Andrew showed up and were magnificent. I have never seen harder workers

-Update April 2026- still no progress on my shower being fixed. Walls were measured too short (they put trim around the bottom but that isnt fixing it), shower pan not supported, caulking still moldy. Constant uphill battle to get someone here. $14k for just a shower remodel, never again. -Update April 2025 - a lot of back and forth but no visits and no progress. My shower where wall meets pan is a molded mess and it grew from inside the wall to inside the bathroom. I have to see it everyday an

All I can say is, WOW! Home Pride came in with their crew and start to finish I was met with professionalism, knowledge and elite customer service met with a smile. The key players involved with my project were Nanette - who met with us initially and got us going on the project. She was awesome, friendly and helped us understand what we could accomplish. Kirk was the first person to start the actual renovations. He was amazingly friendly and honest with me - which I highly value. Then Austen and
