Lumina glass replaced a broken panel of tempered glass in our storm door. I sent a photo and received an estimate right away. A tech arrived the following day to pick up the frame to be able to get exact measurements. They let me know that tempered glass takes about 5 business days to receive. It took a few days longer than estimated but they were good about communicating which I appreciated. I would recommend Lumina.
