Luma and its owner Bret went above and beyond on my project. I had an issue with one of my shutters not closing all the way (my fault entirely getting a new window) he had his guys come out after ordering the additional part from the manufacturer and re install the shutter. We love our blinds and shutters and definetly suggest everyone who is in the market to give Luma a try.
