I signed a contract to have work done and they never showed up. I tried calling and it forwarded me to a business in a different state. I don't think this company is in St Louis. They seem to contract out to the cheapest local company. I wish I had not wasted my time with this company.

Sadly, yet another example of small business neglect. Had someone come out to take a look at a couple projects. I took time off of work to meet with them. Actually had a nice conversation with the salesman. Then nothing. Nada. Zilch. I get you might be busy, but so am I, and I took time off work to meet with you. If it's not a job you feel confident in tackling, communicating that via text or call is simple. Can you imagine if I had worked with them and they just ghosted me in the middl
