Very frustrating experience. I reached out for a quote and was asked to send photos and measurements—which I found odd since three other companies actually came out in person and were much more personable. Still, I complied and submitted everything they asked for. After that, I heard nothing. I followed up with a phone call and spoke to someone who didn’t even give his name and had no idea about my project or whether my photos were received. Invoicing was an easy to follow process for payment and their customer service went above and beyond to keep me informed on the status.
