The guards that work under the name LSSI are incompetent and do not have the ability to protect or control any situation. I am a client at AWS, using the shelters for the homeless at Bethel and Newport and the Day Center at Pathways. The LSSI security agents/guards are ineffective at all locations mentioned. The complaint system in place also produces no results. I do not recommend hiring this rude and insulting company of employees until they reform and correct their lack of professionalism!
