Notifying less than 24 hrs before a full day LWC construction shut off with only a pink half paper rolled in front condo bldg doorknob (to quickly blow away as several were found along the street) is NOT how customers should be notified. Despite what 3rd customer service call rep stated, there was NOT prior notification. Additionally, service shut off 5 minutes early, mid quick shower, left covered in soap. With guests in town this is an enormous disruption that was handled incredibly poorly
