Got a call from this phone number and was told my full name and address and that my service would be discontinued in 30 minutes due to nonpayment but I do not use this company or even live in Louisville for that matter.
I got a SCAM ALERT from this number. Couldn't tell me my address. Then said sorry, we don't service your state. Hung up.
