LOUIS saved us late on a Friday afternoon! We had a freak gust of wind pick up our patio umbrella and deposit onto the roof! We could not tell if the pole had pierced the membrane roof and it kept moving around. The forecast was for heavy winds over the weekend. I reached out to Louis (after no answer w/ roofing co's) and even though he was across town and at the end of a long day, he agreed to come help us. He used his extension ladder and was able to pull down the umbrella. By his quick action
