We had several projects with Lorenzo's Contractor for roofing, painting, and renovating our garage and installing cabinets. He was selected based on his ratings and we do not regret doing it. He was thorough in supervising different jobs, paid attention to details and was on time, on budget, reasonably priced, and with quality. We highly recommend him.

One detail that really surprised me was how carefully they checked every nail and screw across the roof surface. I never thought fasteners could be a problem. They explained that even slight corrosion around those points can allow water to seep in under pressure, especially during heavy rainfall. It made me realize how important small components are in maintaining the overall integrity of the roof.

I needed my pitched roof and flat roofs redone. Plus new trim, siding and rain gutters. They added wind turbines and vents to the attic area. My enclosed patio needed windows, blinds, skylights, ceiling fan and exterior doors. There's a saying "leave it better than you found it." They did exactly that 100%. I am very pleased with the work and they are very polite, professional and reasonably priced. Now that the outside is done I'll be using them again for the inside.
