I used Lords' video-Zoom option to preview my issue with Lords after uploading several pictures for him to look at. I love this feature, - everyone should do this. I have an issue with my dryer vent I just had a Zoom call with Lee at Lords for ~5 minutes. Less is great, - very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me his assessment and suggested I look at one more thing. I'm using Lords for this
