I had several contractors bid on the expansion of our front porch. The job required getting the required permits from King County, the demo of the existing porch/roof, and rebuilding the structure at a larger scale. Long story short, I am VERY happy that I chose Longview for the project. The cost was lower than other bids and the carpentry was top-notch. Tony was great. We wanted a cover built over our patio. Many other builders we reached out to either would not built a cover over an already existing patio, or their bids were extremely expensive. Tony was happy to build us a patio cover and the price he bid it at was reasonable. He worked with us to figure out exactly the design we wanted, and then built it, and did a great job. We were glad to have worked with him and the patio cover is great.
