Joe Long, who happens to be a women, has to be one of the rudest individuals I have ever had to deal with. She is contractor, building a house next to mine and has no regard or respect whatsoever. It starts with allowing subcontractors to start work at 5:30 am and waking me up on a daily basis for months, with loud noises that can be heard several blocks away. Now I live out in the desert, so that gives you an idea of how loud these, subcontractors are. The real complaint is she has compromised
