1 solar system has stopped working nearly 4 years in and while I got them on the phone once and they said someone would contact me in 2-3 days to verify an appointment, 4 days have passed and no phone call yet. So I called back and left a message again. Hopefully they will come fix it soon (if they honor their warranty and become responsive I will raise my review score back up). One of the panels on our 2.5 year old system quit working recently. This is the first problem we've experienced of any sort. Longhorn Solar's tech Adam replaced a failed optimizer and got the system 100% again. Adam was very professional and friendly, and explained everything he did. I was also glad to learn that it was covered under warranty. Very satisfied with the experience!

Very happy that Longhorn Solar stands by their warranty. After I called their office, they were very prompt in getting a technician out to do the repairs.
