Our new water heater is working great and we are very satisfied. We experienced some hiccups during the install, but they were solved quickly and professionally.

Lone Star Water Heaters provided excellent service from start to finish. Dylan, our technician, was professional, punctual, and extremely polite—a true pleasure to work with. The company responded quickly, sending someone out within hours of my call instead of making us wait days. Diane was in charge of scheduling, and she made sure there was someone on the way truly as soon as possible. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing water heater repair or replacement.

Had an appointment for a warranty issue with a AO Smith wh, he no showed and still hasn't called.. Oh well, plenty of other plumbers out there.. His business is even listed for warranty work on AO Smiths site. I advised an AO Smith rep about this. All this guy had to do was take a pic of a tankless heat exchanger and get paid lol, what a lazy sob..

Great service, same day appointment, courteous, fair and honest. Kellen diagnosed the problem on a Saturday evening and although solving the problem needed to start with an electrician, he got us on the right path and offered an excellent recommendation. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend this company.

Dan and his crew replaced tow of my water heaters. One in June and the second in October. Would I use them again? I actually did!
