We’ve had to use lone star because previous homeowner had a contract. Both times my parents system needed service, they sent a bill 15-20% over what’s quoted and refused to honor the price until we had a lawyer send a letter. They also suggested expensive repairs that are easily addressed- simple latch or tape instead of hundreds of dollars. Look elsewhere for honest service.
