I can only speak about the estimate experience and pricing for now (just placed order and am awaiting installation). Measurement appointment for replacing glass in 5 windows that are unconventional was fast, very accurate and timely with response. Nikki is also helpful and timely with financial and warranty paperwork. So far, I'm very happy with the experience. I'm guessing the installation will be just as smooth.

I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR LOGAN’S GLASS!! After ordering a frameless shower door on Wayfair that was IMPOSSIBLE to install, I called SOOOOOO many places. I asked friends l, contractors I knew, called so many companies in the metro. You know what I got? Double the quote of what Logan’s gave me, rude customer service, people telling me they would call me back to schedule something and not calling back or companies that don’t install unless you buy the door from them.
