I called late on a Friday with a lost mailbox key. Jay was willing to come out immediately Friday evening, but we made an appt for Monday. He was on time, SO fast and efficient in getting our new key installed and working properly! He was kind and so understanding! Saved his number, knowing key emergencies happen far more than I’m willing to admit! If I’m ever in need of a locksmith, I won’t hesitate to call him immediately! If you’re in a bind and need help…I highly recommend!
