They had some hoodlum come clean my carpet and he had an extremely nasty attitude and charged me more than what he was supposed to for less than 600 sq ft. I should've sued you all for being deceitful, scamming liars about the price of the carpet cleaning. I would never ever in my life use Safe Dry again. I rather do it myself

We had high hopes about using Safe-Dry to clean the carpets in our new home but ended up being let down. The first hit was when we learned the cost to clean our 6 rooms and stairs would be double what we were quoted when we scheduled the cleaning. We were told that there were stains and signs of animal waste that needed to be treated with both the pet solution and the sanitizer. Adan provided us with excellent service. He gave us an estimate after taking measurements and was very polite and thorough throughout the whole process. He was able to wrap up the whole house in a couple of hours by himself! We were expecting this service to take a whole day and thought that moving furniture around would be a problem but Adan was able to tackle it all by himself and we didn't have to do anything! Fantastic speedy service, reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
