I can only speak for my experience. Needed some chimney work in November 2025. Run by a couple of British guys, that to be fair are nice and friendly. Original scope of work was for new flashing and a new crown which they gave me an estimate of ~$1800 They ended up demoing down to the roofline then wanted ~$15,000 to complete the job.
