Scheduled and pre-paid for furniture removal. Pickup was scheduled to happen between 8 am and 12 pm with an estimated time of arrival between 9 am and 10 am. I needed up moving big furniture pieces from one floor up some steps. The team came on time moved the pieces in 15 minutes then moved some large junk items from my backyard to the front in another 15 minutes. I highly recommend load up for moving projects!

They were quick to respond to my pickup request and any questions I had, no matter what time of day, scheduling was a breeze, and they kept me informed every step of the way.
