Booked for 55” TV pickup 8am - 12pm. First change at 0930 was for pickup at 12pm - 1pm. Checked with Loadup at 1pm and was told rain has delayed their driver and pickup time was adjusted again to 2:30pm. Rain had stopped 4 hours ago, I thought their driver was in a canoe waiting for water to rise. Pick up team arrived at 3pm in a 4 door compact sedan. Had to angle TV in back seat to close door. This is questionable company to say the least. I will definitely search for different company for futu
