Warren is a nice guy, and so is his crew. We had them come in to paint a fairly empty house before we moved in. Overall, the job was done and it is fine. Their cost is reasonable. However I have spent so much time already filling in nail holes that should have been filled before painting, retouching paint where it wasn’t done well, finding countless streaky spots that need a second coat, scraping paint off counters, floors, glass, and tile. Warren is a local, knows the community and is great to work with. He knows what colors work with the local architecture and has a great handle on how to work with the various neighborhood HOAs. Twelve years ago Littleton Painters painted the outside of our house. They did a great job and it’s a testament to the quality of their work that the paint job has lasted this long. It probably would’ve lasted even longer but we decided to have a change in color, so we went back to them. Once again they did a great job painting our entire house and fixing trim where needed.
