Called to schedule a appointnent, left message and they returned my call immediately. Informed them that my dryer sensor blew ($150 to fix) because of the lint trapped in exhaust and roof. Gentleman came out ( we informed him again about the sensor) spent about 30 min, said he was done with clean out. Did not go on roof.
