Their pricing was competitive and their install team, Tom and Kevin, were communicative and completed everything on time and as expected. I got my windows in October and I have zero buyers remorse. They handled the energy rebate paperwork and though there was a delay in receiving the check, Lifetime were the ones to follow up with the county and I received my check shortly after.
