Yikes!!!! Just got my 5th bid on our walk-in shower remodel from Lifespan…… and it was by far the most expensive. There is a reason their sales person drives a $90,000 Mercedes. $22,000 and the closest one to them was $18,000. Needles to say, I’m not using an over-priced… high overhead company. People, look for local contractors, they do a great job and at a reasonable price. My guy is doing it for $10,500. My Nextdoor neighbor used him and he did a great job for them. Seriously… $22,000. Now

Great service and took less time than I thought! My remodel is so beautiful! The only thing I would do differently is ask them not to use chemicals to clean up. Reasonably priced considering I had another bid for $10,000 more and they don't even use microban and Lifespan does. Huge selling point for me. The storage shelves are also metal and not cheap plastic like others.
