Do not setup until ready. They charge you monthly even if you do not use water. They also keep you on hold for 1 hour when you call. Terrible customer service.

Customer service representative very rude. They don’t knock on door to see if someone is home. They give grace periods depending on how they feel about a customer because they are local. Very unprofessional but stuck with their services cause that’s all that’s out in the area of Cordes lakes Arizona
