Liberty Bell came pre-installed with my Elliot home I bought in 2020, so I signed up with them to continue service. We moved into a new home in Feb 2024 and Liberty Bell came out to install the sound, home alarm connections and control panel on our Elliot-built house. They installed a panel that was actually obsolete (one which we cannot get batteries for anymore--it's like they sold us the leftovers they wanted to get rid of). We have used Liberty Bell in our home for 32 years. Service and equipment have been exceptionally reliable. We recently upgraded the system. Again, service was great. Will in the office and Ryan, the installing technician, were very courteous, timely, knowledgeable, and professional. It is a great system, we are very happy.
