This review is long overdue. We relocated from New England to Jacksonville in mid-2025 and bought an older home in San Marco that needed significant work. We initially engaged Lisa and Thea for furniture and decoration suggestions, but the scope quickly grew to encompass designing most of the rooms in the house as we took on a major remodel that included adding new space above the garage. Along the way we uncovered many structural problems with the home, and the project became far more complex
