Sent an email to have a window repaired. Was told 3-4 week window. Send address and they would be in touch. Sent address. Waited 3 weeks and started asking if they forgot about my email. Was then told "sorry we dont service Mount Juliet, someone should have told you". I am 3 weeks out with a still broken window and now have learned that I have to find someone and wait an additional 2 weeks for them to show up. DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. THEY SEEM TO FORGET TO TELL YOU IMPORTANT STUFF!!!

After a tree came through my window during the January 2026 ice storm, I called Lewis Glass multiple times — no one answered and it seemed like nobody was working. I then submitted an online request for emergency service. It took them TWO WEEKS just to schedule an appointment to come out. In the middle of a real emergency, that’s completely unacceptable. I declined their service and went with a much more reputable company (the one with the pink coffee mug) who actually showed up and helped. Lewi
