Husband bought 3 hoses earlier today, came home to find out they're the wrong size. Went right back up there and they refuse a return because he doesn't have a phone number with them?! Less than 2 hours in between. Now we're stuck with hoses we cant use and we're out almost 40 bucks. Ridiculous.

Lady was nice. But I hoped to find somewhere that would let me ask questions and find out what works best for my system. Was told to go watch lots of YouTube videos & repeatedly told I shouldn't have converted my hot tub to salt water. When asking why, the answer was "its not recommended". Still asked why & got the same response except she added that its too small for salt water and that its only recommended for pools with hot tubs attached.
