The service was very good and so I did expect it was going to cost more. Kavonn was very professional and explained things in detail. As expected, though, the charge was really high. I would use them again because at least they are reliable. But moneywise, I would like to do some comparison shopping.

My technician Billy was great, he was kind, professional, super patient and willing to answer any questions or concerns I had as a first time owner with their first major plumbing emergency. The process was smooth and even when there was some confusion with scheduling the issue was resolved promptly and easily. 2 years later and a new tech, Gavin, has helped with yet another plumbing issue and the service is still just as excellent! Makes the membership worth it.
