In this day and age it is wonderful to be treated as an important person who just happens to be a customer. Perry is kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable and thorough in solving my electrical problem. He took time to explain as he worked on an item that was as old as I am. It's now like new. I've only had an experience this good one other time in the 10 years I've lived here and Perry Leitner did that also.

The quote I received for a service change was significantly overpriced, then I was billed over $500 just for them to come look at my panel! I’m not sure how credible the other reviews are, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this company. Update: I spoke with the owner, and as I expected, my concerns were completely dismissed. I have since confirmed that the workers provided a false invoice, claiming they worked longer than they actually did, which resulted in me being overcharged.
