He may respond to your call/text but it’s impossible to get him to schedule with you. He will respond saying “I’ll let you know in the morning” or “I’ll check weather and get back to you” but you will never hear from him. I’ve tried for months this year and months last year. Well I can't say much for the service because I'm still waiting for him to get back to me from Spring and its Fall! The two times that I did talk to him he seemed pissed that I called for service. I bought this house in 2020 and the hot tub was included and had his number on the breaker so obviously I called him to service it. Yeah I'm going to take the hint that he doesn't want my business!
