I bought my home and was advised I needed a new roof and removal of dry rot. Left Coast Exteriors installed my roof and repairs in 2021. They were wonderful start to finish, until I had solar panels installed. Late last year, the solar panel company found mold in my attic and water damage after their inspection. The installation manager from Left Coast said that when my roof was installed they did not account for proper ventilation to the attic. This is a long story , but I will keep it brief.
