Charles Hokett did a fantastic job. However, is helper ( if you call him that ) Mark, asked to come in and use my bathroom. I did not like that at all!!! I have over 200 trees where he could have relieved himself. When i inspected the job , Mark did not put the spacers between the gutter and the house. Charles apologized and fixed it right away.

Whole process was easy and quick. Installers were ahead of schedule, friendly, and finished a great job. Salesman feels like a new friend. Price was good and then he noticed I had a discount card. Price became great!
