Very informative and thorough. I would like to add that the young man was polite until he realized I wasn’t purchasing the water system. He then became pushy and started asking questions to try to convince me how I could afford the water system. I explained I wasn’t aware how expensive the system was and was not in my budget. He pushed harder and asked very invasive questions about my finances and tried to guilt me into purchasing it. I stood my ground as I was prepared for salespeople who were
