VI was very prompt for his appointment. He was actually early. He explained how The syetem works. The leaf water RO system works great for me. I cannot taste any hardness in the water at all now. Collin showed up for a followup appointment and he did a good job explaining to me what was happening with the dishwasher not getting power.

I feel Leaf has a quality product. The installer was on time and finished in a reasonable amount of time. The installer explained the equipment function, warranties and where to call for assistance before he left. Both the sales person and the installer were polite and easy to work with.

When they 1st put it in it was great but then we noticed nothing but calcium in the wayer. Its causing me and my daughter to have kidney stomes and you can taste it even after going thru RO. Tech that came out said the system would never take out calcium from the water....then why in the hell did I buy it????? When we first got the system we thought it was great now our RO has a red light (PCT LIGHT)on it and I have called in for 3 days now to get someone out here to change the filter because th
