I've had services from lawn squad for 4 years now. The past year my lawn took a turn for the worse. I had a manager, Phil come out to evaluate what was happening to our lawn. He was here April 10th. He told me he himself would be back next week to spray our lawn, no charge. Not only has he not come back, but I've called at least 8 times questioning what is going on. Was told twice they would be out the next day. No one has been here. I was on monthly automated withdrawal each month for our servi

Do not use lawnsquad. Service has gotten terrible. Last summer I ordered aeration and the tech tore up my backyard and was swearing at his machine and then continued to do the same. I finally told him to leave my yard before it was totally ruined. They came to look and threw some seed down on damage, that’s it. Then they acted like it was a big deal they were not going to charge me for the service. The customer service is awful. All they say is…I understand your frustration, then do nothing.
